The Doctor that attended to me and the Receptionist at the time of booking for the appointment were very helpful and compassionate. We need people like this in our society. Thank you for your time.

I have never had a problem with this surgery. All Doctors, Practice Nurses and Receptionists are professional, efficient and thorough. Given that many GP practices are under pressure and yes waiting times for an appointment are long, they will still do their utmost to treat people if it is urgent. Phone appointments whilst perhaps not ideal have also been fine for me.
