Called up on 6 different days at 8.00am no answer ques overly long before anyone even answers and when they do answer they refuse or say we have nothing available try again tomorrow don’t even ask you what the problem is. Today I called up I rang 123 times before someone answered and put phone down straight away. I don’t see the point of calling at 8am if you’re not going answer or help. After calling all morning I got through and I explained I need an emergency appt and I even said how many times rang she didn’t take no notice kept on repeating I have no emergency appt call back at 8am or I can offer you a in 4 weeks Time and if ur not happy then go to walk in centre as u will be seen and they can offer u medication. So what is the need to be registered with a GP practice if they’re not there to help. She kept on saying to me go to walk in centre was not helpful at all doesn’t even listen what u have to say. Go to walk in centre I can’t do anything else for you, I find the receptionist very very rude at this practice.

Hi, Sorry to hear you have been dissatisfied with the service provided by our surgery. Unfortunately demand is currently high, we have several staff members answering calls consistently from 8am and are trying very best to meet the demand. When we are fully booked our reception staff will triage and may signpost to alternative services as appropriate. Please contact the Practice Manager should you wish to discuss your concerns further.
