In these difficult times, I had to request an urgent repeat prescription as delivery from the online pharmacy I normally use was delayed. The prescription was issued promptly and I received text messages to keep me updated. Excellent service as usual, thanks very much.

We called the GP this evening (13 December 2022) in regards to our 14 months old daughter as we suspected she may have scarlet fever, the practice refered us to the duty oncall doctor who rang us within minutes and asked to go in for our daughter to be examined. We were greeted by the doctor who was extremely compassionate, caring and took the necessary time to examine our daughter and provided us with reassurance. The Dr not only examined our daughter in an extremely professional and caring manner, he related to us as anxious and worried parents and provided us with adequate information to alleviate our worries and concerns. We are extremely grateful to tye Dr, a brilliant experience in such circumstances thank you

I have been locked out of the online booking system, spent 20 mins waiting in the phone queue to be told I have to call again (presumably waiting in another queue) at 1pm when they release afternoon appointments. There is no logic to this and it shows very poor customer values. I have a sick child and want some confidence in when he might be seen by a Dr.

My wife and I have used the practice for years. There has been a massive improvement in the service received since Covid. Prior to that, the receptionists made errors, and (regretfully) were rude, in particular to other patients when I visited for appointments. The service given by the support staff and doctors is now excellent and that extends to, for example, the waiting times for referrals hospital etc. I know there has been bad press about this recently but we are personally very happy with the Derby Medical Centre - and the wider service given by the NHS in Epsom. I was in business for many years and I know this change must be as a result of better and more efficient management, well done to whoever managed this from Covid!
