All staff that I spoke to from the practice were very patient, understanding and supported me to access an appropriate appointment. Problem managed by GP who was very helpful and thorough.

I made an online request at 8.15am to see a Dr. At 8.45am I received a phone call giving me an appointment to see a Dr at 9.30am. The Dr asked me questions relating to my condition and examined me. She gave me a diagnosis and referred me to Physio who had an appointment the same morning. The Physio remembered me from before, asked questions and examined me. She gave me pictures of exercises to do and said she would refer me to an Osteopath. I couldn't fault the service I received this morning and thanked them both.

This doctors surgery is amazing the receptionist staff are very helpful I have no problems with getting an appointment all the doctors are friendly and helpful and the chemist is next door so I get sorted out with my medication straight away no issues I’m very happy to go there 10/10

My GP, was very helpful, gave me a thorough examination, and asked me my symptoms.explained the treatment I would be having. Very thoughtful and thorough

The lady on reception really helped me with some documents I needed and was informative. She also recognised an urgent need for assistance which I was a bit hesitant to communicate. Without her recognising this it would have put me in a long wait for much needed medication. Thanks!

Booked in for appointment. Seen on time. Dr's was clean and tidy and attached to the chemist. Sometimes busy on phones but if needed fet appointment on the day. I find reception staff pleasant and helpful as weĺl

General medical check up organised and carried out efficiently. Nurse explained things well and offered me a Shingles vaccination during the check up, which saved me the time ofaking a separate appointment.

Really impressed with my recent dealings with the surgery - l booked a health check as l am considering a long distance trip ! I received a follow up call offering advice and giving me information to contact surgery with any questions!

Friendly and very helpful. Sorted very quickly to let me know the further steps to sort out the problem I had and rung me with further information within a few hours. Very pleased.
