Checking in was easy. I arrived 5minutes early and was seen within a few minutes of my booked time. The Nurses were excellent and a very polite receptionist booked me into a new appointment in 4 weeks time.

All good I like that I can see the Dr of my choice this helps with the continuity of my treatment and not having to go over my conditions each visit

Quick to book the flu vaccine online. Fast getting into the nurse on the day. Was able to have a COVID booster at the same time. Very efficient service at this visit.

I was slightly delayed for my appointment due to the practice only having one of the machines needed for my appointment and that had been taken out of the practice to do a home visit. But apologies were made and accepted and my measurement was done and no harm was done by the slight delay.

The nurse and her assistant ( a student) gave me the covid and flu inoculation respectively. Both made me comfortable and I had no pain. The whole procedure was professional and speedy

Booked for flu and Covid jab this morning, hardly had time to sit down before being called. Very efficient as I was actually 5 minutes early for my appointment

Strangely, I attended this blood sample taking 10 minutes early When logging on at the touch screen it took ages to provide the notice that it knew I'd registered my attendance. Despite that I was in and out in a flash and was done before the appointment time. Slightly sore and I expect a bit bruised - that bit wasn’t great!
