My experience today was warm, friendly and I had time to discuss everything I needed to. The nurse took time to listen and asked for information needed. I didn't feel rushed, she was very helpful and sympathetic. 10/10 10/10

Used patches which is easy to use. Contacted within minutes. Impressed with service. Service by a gp same day and treated with injury. Lovely gp who was very kind snd experienced.

Appointment kept at stated time,no delays,doctor listened to what l was saying,giving me a chance to have an input to the processes and outcomes of the consultations,very sensitive and professional in carrying out the consultation

I had a blood test at my GP practice yesterday, and the experience was smooth and efficient. The staff were friendly and professional, making me feel comfortable throughout the process. I appreciate the care and attention I received during my visit.

I attended the surgery for bloods today and I asked the receptionist to check something regarding a previous diagnosis . She dealt with this enquiry efficiently and very politely . Thankyou .
