Only went for a blood test today. but the service was very good. Went to the surgery earlier than my appointment time. I was welcomed and treated with care and kindness by the receptionist and also the lady who took my blood pressure.

Following a test I had a follow up telephone consultation. Judging from past experience I was expecting a brief call from a barely trained healthcare “professional”. To my surprise I had a very impressive telephone consultation with a General Practitioner ( apparently I am not allowed to use the name) She could not have been more helpful, informative or thorough. Thank you so much, it was very much appreciated.

As always, a warm welcome, easy sign in. Seen almost straight away by a lovely member of the team and I was dealt with professionally, kindly and was not rushed. Had a little chat and a smile.

Suppose it’s happening in a lot of practices now but it was a 2 week wait for an appointment. As they don’t do cryo treatment in that surgery we need to pay privately to get my sons painful verrucas removed, as in the doctors words “dermatology would knock him back”. So overall pointless visit.

For my flue and covid jabs I was kept waiting for Jess than 3 mins and then the nurse carried out the injections quickly as well as in an informative manner. Couldn’t really have gone any better..

I was very happy with my experience today, the Dr spent a lot of time talking to me and was able to explain things clearly and adequately. This Dr was a Junior, so I feel they may be given more time with which to full assess & read up the case. Everything was expressed in a very helpful way, and my concerns were addressed. There was a good bedside manner, being sympathetic without causing added distress.

I was pleased to get an appointment with a physio so promptly. While waiting for a routine blood pressure check last week I saw on the screen about physio service and asked at reception. I got an examination on my knee and was given advice on exercise. I feel Devaney are now taking a proactive approach to preventive medicine.

Today I had a shingles Vacination and the nurse was very friendly and professional. Getting to see a doctor in this practice is another matter.

Second visit as good as first! Welcoming manner and knowledge of my condition/ illnesses. Listens to my anxieties and concerns. Continuity of care one of her main concerns. She also acknowledges my daughter’s presence and total commitment to me. I do value her very much and hope she stays…. Very grateful.
