    I’ve been trying for weeks to get an appointment. When I am able to ring at 0830, the appointments for that day are always taken. Why can’t you book for future days? Online Consult never works. The phone rings for ages before someone answers and can’t then help as the staff are following practice orders. Why can’t you ring to make appointments for future dates?

    Dear Vikki Donovan, We are sorry to hear that you have encountered difficulties in obtaining an appointment at the practice. The practice offers routine appointments for non-urgent matters that can be booked in advance and also provides an on the day service for patients with acute symptoms. Due to the demand on our services, when we are fully booked, we do ask patients to contact us again to book an appointment. We are sorry to hear that you have had a negative experience when using our online consult service. Online consult is available to patients Monday – Friday, between the hours of 08:30 – 11:00. If you would like to provide more detail about the difficulty you had using it, we will of course investigate this.   2. Review titled Accepting new patients?!

    I cannot understand how this practice is showing as accepting new patients when it's impossible for current patients to get an appointment. I get that times are tough and it's busy but the online consult doesn't even work regardless of what time of day you try to use it, it just says "No Search Results" to any issue you type in. Yesterday after 2 days of failed attempts at getting an appointment, I desperately tried to go through 111 waiting 10 hours for a call back which finally came at 3.30am to get help for my 20 month, to be told I definitely need to speak with a GP. 111 referred me through for a telephone appointment with this GP, who this morning sent me a 'no reply' text saying to call their number and I'm back to square 1 as when I call the number it cuts straight off and doesn't even ring. I'd like to say this is a one off but it's not. If you're looking at this practice as a possibility but you may have to actually see a GP at some point... Avoid... Avoid... Avoid...
