I attended on Thurs 2nd Jan for the first time at this surgery. The receptionist made me feel welcome. Then the doctor whom i had seen before called me in. He was also very welcoming and understanding. I hadn’t been well for a few weeks. From start to finish the experience I had was a feeling of being heard, listened to and understood. Thank you to the doctor and the practice.

2 weeks ago I tried to get appointment, nonr available, usual staff response of try again tomorrow. I completed econsult page, response within 2 days, next available appointment was in 2 weeks time.Yesterday I phoned for appointment. I was 28th in queue, got own to 2nd and then phone call ended. Why does this happen? what happens if you have urgent, but not life threatening health issue?
