    Just had a lovely experience with the receptionist. After receiving feedback about daughter’s progression at nursery, the receptionist put me at ease and sorted me out with an appointment. I didn’t feel rushed at all and I’m so thankful and grateful for being listened to and for understanding my concerns. Thank you!

    I can’t thank the GP and receptionist who helped me yesterday. After months of trying to find the causes of why my baby has been so unsettled X the doctor did all they could to ensure I received some help that same day. The care was second to none and I am forever grateful for going above and beyond to help me. My baby has now been seen by a paediatric consultant and diagnosed with reflux disease with a potential dairy allergy. Thank you again.

    thanks to male the asthma nurse, i feel like i have got my life back on track. following admission to hospital with breathing difficulties last year, and still struggling after discharge, he spent time to listen and after trying different medications and inhalers found the balance which works and suits me. I have reviews with him to ensure all his well, and know that i can get in touch with the surgery and get an appointment to see him should i need to.

    As a full time employee, I was pleasantly surprised to be offered an appointment on a Saturday or Monday evening. It's great to finally see the service adapting to a patient centred service accommodating full time employees.

    Messaged me to make me an appointment but the times I would be on holidays,I messaged back with my dates .I was messaged back within a few minutes with alternative dates. This correspondence outweighs the telephone waiting times.keep it up. Receptionist always very friendly and helpful and discreet.

    I had reason to seek help yesterday and found the reception team who initially answered my call both informative and extremely helpful. They recommended I called back today which I did and again the whole process was friendly helpful and extremely informative. It saddens me that people have reason to criticise our over worked health care teams and I for one am extremely grateful they are there doing their very best to take care of us. Thank you
