I temporarily registered with this practice whilst travelling. I am used to being put to a call centre for triage and if lucky, to get a call that day but with this practice a quick phone call and visit resolved the registering. The staff on the front desk were wonderful, banter-full and friendly. My needs were met with good cheer and promptness. I offer my praise. Keep it up D'ton!

unable to book a telephone consultation or get a GP appointment on my days off, expected to ring my GP in my working hours but can never get through to the surgery, therefore my husband conditioned is now chronic … his condition is stopping him from working, days off because of pain, lost income and longer recovery time if ever he can get the referral to a surgeon. We are not frequent flyers at our surgery and we take responsibility for our health but would just like to book a face to face appointment on our days off or take sick leave or attend an over stretched A&E department at our local hospital

Have been a patient here since birth registration (35yrs), never had an issue. but now I have moved out of the practice are. They say they can not treat me nor give appointment's and I would be removed from the register. despite them accepting new patients and accepting out of area patients too. this surgery is more convenient as I pass it everyday to and from work as well as being half the distance from work.
