Review titled No sympathy
Rated 1 star out of 5

I had my blood test in the morning on 25/06. Before the nurse inserted the needle, she asked me if I had drunk enough water beforehand. I said that I had drunk very little. As the needle went in, I felt extreme pain. The nurse then said, “that’s why you should have plenty of water before the blood test”. I noticed a large bottle of water on the table and she didn’t even thought about giving me some water. I don’t feel that patients are well cared there, and the nurse clearly had no sympathy. Taxpayer money should not be wasted on this kind of service.

I did Vaginal discharge and Cervical smear test one month ago. But still now I haven't receive any feedback. I called them, they just let me wait. I knew I still have symptom. I bear vaginal itchy and uncommon vaginal discharge over one month. They didn't contact me and didn't give me any treatment. The result of Vaginal discharge usually come in 3 days. During this one month, my symptom gets worse.

Past experience with this place made me unwilling to phone them but my sons insisted my condition required medical care so I called. As expected, was told the practice only operates online and to do a consultation online. I am surprised this place hasn’t been closed down, it is frankly appalling. Receptionists only interested in chatting among themselves and doctors non existent. In my opinion, this place is a well organised scam that gets away with it. Why is it allowed to stay open and take tax payers’ money? In over two years I have never been allowed to see a doctor despite my age.

Review titled Worste experience with nurse

I have been just experiencing a very bad behaviour from one of nurses at Docklands medical centre. She wouldn't listen what I was trying to explain her because my measurements were not according to her tables so she was extremely rude with me, putting me down, talking to me like I am not good enough and I am bothering her with my issue. She wasn't able to take my blood properly (this was never an issue before and all my blood samples have been always taken very quickly until I met this lady). She wouldn't explain what she was going to do, when taking blood pressure she was yelling at me because I wasn't relaxed (I was coming from work by walking so of course I needed some time to decompress) overall I really believe she shouldn't be handling patients who go there because they might have some concerns about their health and all this lady does is putting them down and not willing to help. I strongly believe if she doesn't enjoy what is she doing she should retire and give her position to somebody who would actually do this job properly.
