Thank you so much for all the effort is provided ,from all of the staff from reception to Dr, for giving me care and kindness as my health has been suffering and I feel heard here.

It’s impossible to get an appointment. You are told to ring at 8am in the morning. When you do you are automatically put in a queue where there are usually a lot of other callers before you. You know that the chance of getting an appointment is probably not going to happen. Asked if I could pre book. Told no. I need an evening telephone consultation but again was not allowed to pre book and told evening telephone appointments with a certain doctor are not pre bookable. Have now decided to register with another practice locally who have some really good reviews on their website. It’s such a shame as this practice used to be one of the best. Not anymore

Tried to make an appointment for my mun (70's) to see a doctor called at 8am and was told there was no appointments have to ring back the next morning. When you call at anytime of the day you don't even get to speak to the reception staff all you get is the recorded message saying they don't have any appointments for that day or you can go on the website and fill in the E consult form for the elderly patient or someone who is does not have computer knowledge this is not a great service for them and can be very frustrating.
