   Whilst I was attending an Asthma Review the nurse requested I make an a appointment with my GP. I also needed a medication review and steroid injections. Reception had no idea regarding the urgency of the appointment nor the fact a text message had been sent asking for the appointment to be made. I was denied all of the appointments I requested, being told I must wait until the following day for a phone call. The explanation was my GP had not updated my records regarding the time needed for the steroid injections. All of my appointment requests were denied. I have never known such hopeless service could exist. The quality of my health care at this practice has declined steeply and swiftly since the retirement of usual GP.
