    I have never had a bad experience with this GP surgery. The receptionists are wonderful, caring and do their best to get you the right appointment. I have always found them super helpful and very compassionate. The doctors take their time to listen to you and also provide you with the right care and support. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

    I have lost count of the amount of bad experiences with the staff at this practice - more fool me for not moving practices sooner. The reception staff are on the whole incredibly rude and unhelpful. There needs to be more comprehensive training as I am told conflicting information, or worse no information, every time I speak with them. That is if I ever get through to them. I have spent hours on the phone trying to get through, mostly with it ringing out and no one answering. This has meant on occasion I have had to travel there just to book a simple appointment. Being spoken to in such an aggressive manner, being cut off when trying to ask questions, and generally treated as if they would rather never have to speak to a patient has left me extremely frustrated. I am thankful that my interactions are for minor things as I dread to think how stressful it would be if I were in more serious need. The doctors I have interacted with on the phone seem to be in a hurry to end calls and on one occasion the call was ended before I had a chance to ask some of the questions I had. When it is already so difficult to get an appointment, this is really terrible. I understand this is probably down to an unmanageable workload for the GPs, however the sense of being hurried off the phone or made to feel that what you are calling about is not important is not the kind of service I would expect. There are a number of nurses I have interacted with in person who have been wonderful - extremely polite and helpful, especially in answering questions I have struggled to get answers from either with the doctor or the reception staff. It is just a shame that they appear to be the exception at this practice.
