In the past month I have needed to contact a doctor on two occasions. The on-line consultation was responded to in an hour and I saw a very efficient and helpful GP in person that same morning. On the second occasion I was able to make an appointment to speak to my own GP within a week, followed up by a face-to-face appointment within a week, again. The receptionists on both occasions answered my telephone calls promptly and efficiently. This practice is impressive, especially given the present pressures on the NHS and GPs.

Econsult tues evening, surgery rang me weds at 9am, face to face appt offered thurs 9am. Lovely doctors and staff every one I have seen over the years, please dont ever merge and get bigger !!

Big shout out to Downing Street Surgery. I submitted an e consult form at 2:30, received a phone call at 2:45 asking me if I could come to surgery in next 15 mins! I could and by 3:10 I was being seen by GP. Can’t sake for more than that!!!!
