Very kind, warm & friendly GP. Felt listened to. Didn’t have to wait very long to be seen. She used my first name which I always find personable when seeing health care professionals.

I have been so pleased with everything. Being able to book my appointments back to back has saved me another trip. Thanks for to the lady on the end of the phone for that. The nurse was gentle and helpful today. My new doctor put me at ease and listened to me. She has sorted out all of my needs and questions. Thank you .

I had multiple requests for the receptionist and she was more than happy to help me with all of them them whilst maintaining a friendly manner. The GP was lovely and easy to talk to and very helpful.

I booked via Engage Consult which worked really well and quick. Appointment received within 1 working day with female practitioner as requested. She was really friendly and very thorough including follow up appointment. Restored my faith in Downlands centre.

A very positive experience today. The doctor I saw was very welcoming, helpful and understanding. She not only dealt with the matter for which I made my appointment but also asked me if there was anything else I wished to talk about. One can often feel rushed but I was given plenty of time to discuss any concerns during this appointment. Many thanks.

My appointment was made quickly and I was seen promptly. I was impressed and reassured. My GP listened to my history and examined me accordingly. She was good, knowledgeable, kind and polite. My concerns were acknowledged and I was informed that a specialist referral would be made within 7 days. It was actually 3 days and it went well for me. Thank goodness. I am most grateful.

I was extremely impressed by the GP I met today and her kindness, attention to the patient and scrupulousness during today's consultation. She not only helped me with my issue, but made me feel seen and heard as a patient, which in my medical experience has not always been a given.

This was the first time I met with my newly allocated GP. She listened, didn’t rush me and explained why certain medication should be taken. I felt very at ease and felt that my comments and questions were listened to and answered satisfactorily. A very pleasant experience and a very welcoming GP
