Everythime I need help the receptionist is very helpfull, and to do everything who can to help me , every timd its very nice and help with every my query

I have visited the reception on several occasion and have never been offered a face-to-face consultation in the past year. I have a visual skin injury and need a doctor to look at it to see if the damage has repaired itself or is in the process of repairing itself. The only option to see a practitioner face-to-face is to wait 4 - 5 hours at A & E
