Whoever is on the phone needs communication skills, too rude. I visited to get my skin infection looked out for 3 months I’m still trying to get an appointment. They lied and said I couldn’t walk in

Every month I have to phone for my husband’s prescription the receptionist blame the chemist the chemist then say it’s the gp and all I ever get is excuses of the reception staff I always get very stressed every month because my husband’s tablets are always late and he is in pain because he hasn’t had he medication I don’t blame the staff it’s the gp as they can’t keep up with the work load this is also an issue with me as I have a heart condition and chronic illnesses and every month this put stress on my health

I have been with this practice for 48years! The staff work very hard and are always polite. I went in November and was treated with respect!! Doctor was lovely. My view is manners and a smile cost Nothing.
