I have had the week from hell with this surgery.I needed to change the type of hrt I was on, as had issues with the current HRT meds.I spoke to a doctor on the phone and she said after I submitted a blood pressure reading she would send over a perscription for the new HRT. 3 days later no prescription.I again called the surgery, they had my blood pressure reading but no perscription.I spoke to another doctor on the phone and he sent over a perscription but on receiving my meds , it was the wrong HRT medication and I have spend the last week trying to get this resolved it is stil not and I have been without HRT for nearly a week now . The receptionists seem to not care, they have no compassion whatsover and they told me I can not get a face to face appointment with a doctor for 2 weeks. I have been with the surgery for years ,I am so appalled with the treatment I have received. This has affected my mental health, as it is a constant battle with this surgery to get the meds I need and are still waiting for.The doctors at that surgery need better menopause training, especially in perscribing HRT. The way I feel at the moment I have no confidence in them at all !

If you are approaching for appointment then asking the problem and then immediately asking you to call 111. Then I said need doctor appointment here for consultation, she replied no appointments… then asked next month also fine… the replied system not up, better call on Wednesday 9 am to 10 am….. seriously national waste of public fund. Never recommend to anyone….. just go and this go is always empty. Do You know why?

I called the practice at 8:00am and tried to book a telephone appointment today as I have some issues with my HRT . However was told by the receptionist that all the telephone appointments had gone, but they only opened at 8:00am! I was told the next appointment was the 30th April! I queried why there were no appointments, as previously have mostly always got at least telephone appointment for the same day. All I got from the receptionist was "sorry about that madam" I have been with this surgery for years and I am extremely disappointed with lack of support and service I received today and having to wait till the 30th April is not acceptable.

This clinic (gp ) never has valid appointments the boy has a fever, he coughs, he doesn't feel well, I didn't get an appointment either that day or the other day, because they said they weren't available, but what do the doctors do? slip??

Phoned for repeat prescription to be sent to pharmacy in an emergency. But receptionist wasn't very helpful saying she can't promise that I will receive my medication.
