Called first thing & got appointment for early morning, after my consultation, i was given a blood test form, I asked at reception if I could book an appointment for one rather than going to the drop in blood clinic & a nurse overheard (not allowed to add her name to the review but it begins with R & ends in L) and said she would do it there & then! What fantastic service as I work full time & didn't want to take more time out of my day. She was so friendly & chatty, a credit to your team 😁

Been with Longsands Medical Centre since late 2022. An absolutely outstanding practice. Doctors, Receptionists and other staff so very helpful, caring, considerate and respectful. Thank you so much. Highly recommended.

I have always, for the past 27 years, had help from the staff and doctors to assist me and my family with any of our medical needs. They are thorough and recently went out of their way to fulfill my prescription need. With a medical problem last year I received urgent care and had phone calls from the doctors to see how I was getting on. I have sorted my problem and written to thank them. We are quick to criticise but slow to praise so here we go .. thanks to all the staff at longsands and the drs and nurses at both sites.
