I had my first registration done with this GP. Dr. Aparna Patel is an excellent doctor who listens to her patients. My two babies are also registered with the same GP, and they call us for their vaccinations. Although the GP is closed on Saturdays and Sundays, they are very responsive in nature. I would recommend Dr. Aparna Patel to my family and friends for their medical treatment. A big thank you to Dr. Aparna Patel.

Easy to get emergency appointment on the day. Everyone very helpful dr sees you on the same day and speaks in gujarati. Everyone friendly

Doctor and staff are very nice. They take care of every little things. Service are fast and excellent. Would recommend go to everyone. When i came for my appointment they saw and explained in the way i can understand.

I visited the surgery and the doctor was amazing. She listened to my problems carefully and helped me with the issues I had. The doctor was really friendly and did not rush me. I could openly speak to her. The advice she gave me was really useful and also she took some time to show and guide me where I can also find more information about my problems online. I genuinely felt cared for and I definitely trust the doctor and her recommendations. Thank you for looking after me.

Very well run professional practice. They were able to review my son as an emergency case, on a fully booked day. They are extremely compassionate, and having worked in Healthcare my whole life, I can see clearly that they go above and beyond for their patients.

I have been at this practice for years. They are so lovely and extremely helpful. Fairly easy to get an appointment either in person or on the phone. That is if you know how to use the app. If not you can call the practice and the receptionists are more than happy to help. I’ve done it several times where I’ve forgotten how to book an appointment. Overall I have never had a bad experience here. Had a few health issues and they’ve always been resolved.

I have never had an issue trying to get an appointment with this surgery. They are very good at keeping on top of your health. The receptionists are extremely helpful and the clinicians are extremely friendly. Would highly recommend them!

I try to avoid the doctors unless it’s a serious issue or I have to do my yearly reviews. Every time I go I never get seen on time. I’m always early for the appointment but will still be waiting around for 30 mins + to be seen. I appreciate some people may need more time with the doctor but just once I’d like to be seen on time or even within 15 mins of the advertised time. Some people take time out of there work day to go Doctors’s
