   I still need an appointment to have my foot checked and to extend my sick note. I used the eConsult service and was told they would call me by a certain time, but they didn't. I'm at risk of losing my job because I don't have a sick note. When I called my practice at 8 in the morning to book an appointment, they were rude, hung up on me, and didn't schedule a callback or appointment for me. It's disappointing.
