  2. Review titled Poor standards

Rated 1 star out of 5

GP practice is a disgrace, trying to get an appointment of a morning could literally take you 4 weeks I book an appointment with a Doctor yet I was given an appointment with a Nurse practitioner, the pains that I was going through were beyond the point of managing. Seen the nurse practitioner, and she couldn’t prescribe anything for the pain or do anything to help me. Wasted my time for 45 minutes. The staff that GP surgery has are rude and will not listen to you half of the times. Not happy with the service at all !!

  4. Review titled Telephone appointment service rubbish

Rated 1 star out of 5

Telephone doctors for an appointment having seen a nurse twice in 4weeks. Told no appointments and phone next morning. Started telephoning at 8:00am. Phone 140 times in 55minutes. Phone engaged. Eventually got through to music for 12 minutes to be then told no appointments available. Decide to go to the surgery next morning. Arrived at 8:00am and was given an appointment for that morning. The telephone did not ring in the surgery whilst I was waiting which proves they turn the telephone off between and 8:00am and 8:50am. The surgery should employ 2 staff in a morning. One to answer the telephone and another to speak to people who have arrived for a appointment

  6. Review titled Greatly Improved now

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I have used this practice for a very long time and it is very much better than 3 or 4 years ago. I get regular health check ups and health alerts. The staff on the reception desk are helpfull and I can usually book appointments easily. Special mention to the Health Care Assistant who takes Bloods and Blood Pressure (who unfortunately i cannot name), who is very helpfull, puts you at ease and explains the procedures very well.
