During my appointment the Doctor was more interested in looking at his computer then actually listening to me. He also advised procedures that if he had listened wouldn’t have suggested.

Had a blood pressure review. Was seen 10 minutes after my appointment time.Friendly staff answered my concerns and enlightened me on my health conditions overall a satisfying visit.

I attended with my mum for her routine blood pressure check my appointment was 16:40 And I waited till 17:30 without not being attended to and I have to reschedule the appointment for another day. I was so disappointed.

Needed blood test. Appt was less than a week from request. I was seen on time by an extremely nice person (don't know his name) very pleasant and painless experience

Some but not all staff are quite nice and understanding. In the past I haven't had any major issues however on the 23/01/2024 me and my father attended the practice at the time of our appointment. 2 hours Before our apointment I received 2 messages saying new dates and times for appointments. I doubted this would mean that they had rescheduled so i called to check up - I waited 25 minutes on hold at 15:00 and no one picked up- we decided to still go and when we atteneded the secretary tells us that it has been rebooked because the doctor became sick on the day. I completely understand that the doctor who would check me and my dad can get sick, she is human as well but I would appreciate a call or a text saying that the appointment has been rebooked- i received 0 calls and a text saying " this is a reminder for your appointment" - giving no clear indication that it has been rebooked. It can often be misleading and what I had an issue with is that my dad took time of work which was unpaid , just to go to the GP and be informed that he came for nothing. Please take better responsibility of your patients and take into consideration the hierarchial qnd economical factors that a simple construction worker like my father , faces when he leaves work. I thank you for your service and I thank the lady who accomodated , reassured and empathized with us that day 23/01/2024 the lady was the only one there during 16:00 oclock , wearing glasses and black hair- she is always so lovely!

Have always been able to get appointments when I need them and at a time to suit my commitments. Feel really listened to, especially with my menopause symptoms and HRT requests. Reception staff are really helpful and patient (no-pun intended!) and do all they can to put people at ease

Doctor was rude, complained they have more serious patients then me. I came with no reason, etc. I want to know my blood test results and because doctor stoped one medicine to check do I need to continue or need to stop or reduce dose. But after this attitude I couldn't proper explain why I came. I could explain just one thing what I care and didn't found out what to do with medicine which other doctor stoped for two weeks. Every time you going to different doctors, mainly two of them, and one telling one thing another another thing and then they don't know who is saying what. And you remain confused about the different treatments.
