I had my meeting with the nurse and she was lovely and helpful, the receptionist was a great help as I needed my tablets as where I changed doctors I couldn’t order them from my old practice and she sorted it out for me, I received a phone call from the doctor at 7:30 the next morning to say they were ready to collect.

Went in yesterday for an appointment at 9 am and was referred to physio and had an appointment on the same day at 2pm

Greeted nicely by the receptionist. Appointment was on time as always. I was given clear concise information on my condition and medication provider. As always Mr Alkaisy courteous and listened to my explanation of my problem

Able to change appt time to one that fitted in with work commitment and felt listened to within that appt. Next steps were made clear and I feel confident the treatment plan will be followed through effectively

I was seen very quickly and the doctor was extremely helpful pointing what medication was prescribed and what it was for, I received a full check which I was very grateful for as I wasn’t expecting that, absolutely great service

My son went for his 3 years immunization and was treated very nicely, the nurse was very friendly with him and made the process easy for him. We left feeling happy.

I was satisfied with the consultation with the doctor and I am happy . I was there for a checkup concerning the stroke I had on vals day this year and I had concerns

This time I was able to get an appointment which was a plus , I always feel like I have to speak at 100 miles per hour to get the things I need to say out as I feel like your on a time limit , gone are the days of asking how you are !!

Try to get you out off the office less than a minute. Without listening to your full problem. Very quick to just come to a decision and refer to the wrong people.
