The Receptionists & Dr K Alkaisy provide an efficient service. I was given a Dr’s appt & phlebotomy appt on the same day & Dr Alkaisy performed my diabetic annual review efficiently & dealt with all my worries.

On this occasion I saw the GP about a condition that was bothering me, especially whilst working. He provided me with a fit note and arranged for me to have a blood test. I was able to have the blood test just a few hours later the same day.

Receptionist are always soo helpful and friendly, nothing is ever too much for them. My appointment was on time and my Gp was extremely helpful and efficient

This doctors surgery has provided outstanding service for my mum and dad (who has now passed away) who loved this surgery and everyone in it. My mum had an issue with a cough/infection in the last months and was very poorly they have been nothing but very helpful in arranging appointments X-rays medication emergency appointments etc they showed care and compassion Each and every one of the receptionists go out of there way to help you they have a lovely caring friendly understanding manner and they are a credit to this surgery. Dr I is also very caring and understanding I would highly recommend this surgery especially for the elder generation who may need more care and kindness when dealing with their health issues Thank you keep up the great work

My appointment was on time both times I attended, I was listened to and advice on what to do, the nurse explain what she was doing through out the appointment
