I received Timely appointment. My Problem was dealt with to my satisfaction and various tests booked Great receptionists. The front dest staff are very helpful.

The Gp who saw me was very accomodating and he listened to my concerns without interrupting and rushing while I talk.. thank you for that.

It was a good service and empathy shown. The doctor was punctual unlike in my previous visits. I got the service that I wanted. Good service.

My 3 year old had his routine vaccines. Clearly at this age he is going to get into a state and not like it etc. There was no sympathy from the nurse in room 12 when he started crying and getting upset. She didn’t even attempt to try and make him feel calm or that it was ok etc. she just turned away ans started writing at her desk with a face that you could tell exactly what she was thinking…..”hurry up and get on with it”. I feel that if she was a little more sympathetic and actually spoke to my son he may not have been as bad. He moved the first time and the needle scratched his arm, there was no apology or anything. He now has a big lump which can’t be helped but it was just the whole experience. She shouldn’t be doing vaccinations for toddlers if she is going to be like that. He now doesn’t want to go back and I feel like it could have been a totally different experience.

Had a blood test at the practice, which was not at all traumatic. My vains are extremely had to find, but the phlebotomist did a great job!

The GP Surgery was great. It was my first time and the Receptionist made me feel very welcome. The Doctor was also very friendly, I felt very relaxed during the whole process. Would definitely recommend the GP to my friends.

I had my meeting with the nurse and she was lovely and helpful, the receptionist was a great help as I needed my tablets as where I changed doctors I couldn’t order them from my old practice and she sorted it out for me, I received a phone call from the doctor at 7:30 the next morning to say they were ready to collect.

Went in yesterday for an appointment at 9 am and was referred to physio and had an appointment on the same day at 2pm

Greeted nicely by the receptionist. Appointment was on time as always. I was given clear concise information on my condition and medication provider. As always Mr Alkaisy courteous and listened to my explanation of my problem

Able to change appt time to one that fitted in with work commitment and felt listened to within that appt. Next steps were made clear and I feel confident the treatment plan will be followed through effectively
