I recently relocated from N Wales to Liverpool with my son. Following the death of my father. My son and I have specific needs and I was worried about the transition. I can only say that our experiences, with everyone involved so far from receptionists , to doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses who did our new patient checks, staff who answered phone queries, helped with paperwork, helped with prescriptions and mainly because sadly my old practice still hasn’t sent electronic records and paper ones have arrived however I’m sure this has been problematic for my new practice. I can only thank everyone, and the two doctors and the nurses also for looking after us so very well in such a difficult time, I really am grateful indeed.

Booked to see a GP due to a rare skin condition flare up. GP was fantastic, listened to what I was experiencing and was very helpful with prescribing medication. Thank you!

I have been with this surgery for several years and am very glad I joined. I have been helped through many different health issues and have been supported through each one. The staff are kind and supportive, the doctors and nurses are second to none. I recommend this practice 100%. Most recently I required a cortisone injection in my left knee. This was carried out by a Dr who has always given me this injection before. I was impressed by this Drs professionalism. He informed me about each step of the way, applied a dressing to the injection site and made sure I knew what to watch out for or any problems I might have post injection and to go straight to A& E. I couldn’t ask for better care. Many thanks.

I have always managed to get an appointment relatively quickly. Doctors and practice nurse very helpful. My recent visit with the Doctor I felt that sufficient time was given to discuss my condition.

The Dr used plain English and pictures where necessary. The explanations are always clear. Likely to do bloods there and then to cut down lots of appointments. I appreciate the honesty

Had ongoing problems for a while. I felt like my Dr listened and acted quickly, was reassured and felt confident in everything he said in such a stressful time.
