Don,t get sick and need an appointment here.... the maz medical site says call between 8 am & 5 pm for an appointment (good luck with that. They turn the phone off at 9 am) As a patient who needs regular medications and injections this is totally unacceptable. i miss medications far too often. They blamed the waiting problems on covid 19... now however they blame the government or anybody they can scapegoat..

Was told doctor would ring today up in till 6-30 pm it’s now 7-20 pm no call. This call is for a child under 5 who is poorly now it’s saying GPS is closed shocking

Never able to get an appointment should I be unfortunate enough to need one. Told to call each day at 8.30am or alternatively queue outside the surgery at 8 each morning to see if you can get an appointment. What provisions are there for those of us who work and can't sit for an hour on the phone. I've just been waiting for 40 mins and got to number 2 in the queue and then someone picked the phone up and cut me off!!!

I have been sitting in the waiting room for 2 hours waiting to be seen. All the staff have gone home and it is now 6:45 pm. The cleaning staff are the only people here. The appointment was originally for yesterday but they cancelled 4 hours before my appointment my time.
