Please do not make patients have to walk to the surgery to not then give them an appointment! I came at 7:30 to make an appointment. Luckily I got one after 4th attempt of trying this week. Appointment was for 9:30 I waited two hours in the surgery as there was no point me walking home and then walking back to the surgery for my appointment. Very poorly managed surgery.

I am writing a review on behalf of my 68 year old mother who has many health issues including arthritis which makes it difficult for her to walk. She has to walk from her house 7:30 to get to the doctor's at 8 to then stand in a line to make an appointment. If she is lucky she will get an appointment. She might not. This is not acceptable! Surely a doctor surgery would understand and have better strategies for vulnerable community members to make an appointment. They could call to book an appointment not have to physically come in. This needs to change! The doctors are good and we can't complain about them. It's when or if can get to them! We need this to change!

Badly run practice, never answer the phones, calls get cut off when you're in the queue or they just end the call when you try phoning at 8am. Blood results lost and had to be redone, rude receptionists Drs who dont listen to you and dismiss your issues. Would not recommend to someone I hate

Can never get an appointment even if I start ringing at 8am as they ask, constantly getting cut off, after a few days, I went in the morning to be told to telephone for an appointment, when I showed her my phone and I was still in the telephone que after an hour, I was basically shouted out of the clinic! Really concerned about my parents who use this GP practice and can't really go elsewhere because of mobility and language issues.
