   I was given an appointment on telephone request. I was seen by a doctor from the team. He was very efficient. Giving me an examination with a chaperone present. He put me at ease and prescribed antibiotics, explaining that if I was concerned that I was not getting any better after a couple of days to ask for another appointment.
