I was on hold for over 1 hour, 45m of which I was 1 in the queue! I had to hang up because I has other things to do. This practice is in dire need of some kind of call-back system.

Waited 55 mins in queue for reception to check my appointment. Then was cut off and had to start again. Still didn't get through was cut off. Outdated system. Needs online booking. How can caller no 1 be on the phone for 55mins.

Asked for medication and been told have to contact another doctor to make sure I can have and they promised to call back but none called I still struggling, anytime trying to call phone line busy. They not helping me with my health concerns. And day by day my health is getting worse

Can't remember last time I visited doctors, but got appointment very quick. On arrival I recieved a Fantastic greeting from receptionist , she's always happy, attentive and very engaging. Had appointment with nurse for Dressing change , nurse was so so good, also Was seen on time. Nurse was very patient with me as it wasn't a normal dressing change . Thankyou to you all

Been with the surgery for many years. Never have they let me down. The whole team work so well. Receptionist’s always so helpful and accommodating.
