My stepson had a urine infection - i went into the practice at 8.30am with a sample to be tested. They would not take the sample to test it, I needed to call for an gp appointment, it had to be a face to face…but they had no appointments! I work in a surgery and we do not treat our patients like that. I had him seen elsewhere & got him the treatment he needed. This surgery needs to streamline their practice and make it more efficient…and perhaps employ more helpful receptionists.

The GPs at this practice have not got a clue when it comes to mental heath issues. Also you have to constantly chase up referrals as a few times my referal has been "lost". Is this really the right way to treat patients....such a lack of regard. Shockingly bad.
