   My stepson had a urine infection - i went into the practice at 8.30am with a sample to be tested. They would not take the sample to test it, I needed to call for an gp appointment, it had to be a face to face…but they had no appointments! I work in a surgery and we do not treat our patients like that. I had him seen elsewhere & got him the treatment he needed. This surgery needs to streamline their practice and make it more efficient…and perhaps employ more helpful receptionists.
