Review titled Excellent Surgery (Dr. Nabi & Staff)
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Tair A - Posted on 08 July 2024
Recently I got an excellent service from this surgery. The reception team (ma lla & s hab nam) were really good and helpful. The Doctors were very helpful especially Dr. Nabi was so competent, caring and helpful. He was very well spoken and has years of experience. He took his time to speak to me and I couldn't ask for more friendly and down to earth doctor. The other doctors I have spoke to and are very good , helpful include the amazing Dr van e et & Dr k h an who are so helpful and make the whole doctors team at the surgery complete with their wealth of experience and knowledge. They all do an amazing job and I just like to say please keep up the good service and work. I had a very pleasant experience both on the phone and when I went in person so thank you for all the hard work.

Review titled Strange Practice
Rated 1 star out of 5

I have joined this surgery in the latter part of last year. I was met firstly by a nurse who's initially question for me, was about my religion (red flag). I have not had much engagement since with this surgery since. I have submitted a request for a repeat prescription over a week now. I have also notified the receptionist that am out of my regular medication. She was reassuring and said "its with the GP." This has been a reoccurring theme for the last week with no action being taken. If basic patient care is not being met, should I worried about the competence of staff at this surgery?

Review titled Worst reception experince
Rated 1 star out of 5

Phoned the reception with an enquiry and the receptionist is so rude and hang up the call even before i finish speaking, I had to wait for 1hr in the line to get my call answer and she just hang up. Had similar experience earlier, In the online it shows they are currently accepting new patients, i submitted the joining form but didn't hear back for a month, so i phoned the reception to find the status and the answer i got is try somewhere else, why can't they just let us before hand, we should have tried another GP, waste of time, worst service i had even seen in all these years

We are very sorry to hear of your experience. We will be discussing your comments in our practice meeting. The phone call recording will be listened to and the relevant member of staff will be interviewed. We are accepting new patients online, however we require some additional information that the patient are asked to complete during the registration process. The turn-around time for new registration is currently between 1 to 2 weeks and we will ask the relevant staff the reason(s) for this delay. We are very sorry for your experience and if you still not registered with a GP surgery then come down to the surgery and ask for the practice manager and your registration will be facilitated imminently given that you waited for over a month when our current turn-around is between 1 to 2 weeks for registration. We are not sure of your unique circumstance for this delay but will investigate this and take remedial actions for any shortcoming from our reception/registration team.
