GP's great & spend time with the patient with learning difficulties and their carers. Receptionists the same. The only thing that lets this practice down is how uncontactable they are. I spent 20 minutes and 15 minutes respectively today being Number 1 in the queue but still no answer. There should be more than 1 Receptionist and patients should not have to wait more than 5-10 minutes to be answered. I have given up for today so now have to take more time out on Monday to try to get an answer so that I can book my friend in for a blood test which the GP today wants.
