On the 24th July I popped to Dr Sharma to pick up blood test form. I did routine blood pressure test which was high. Dr Sharma called me in even tho I didn’t have an appointment. He was worried so arranged for me to go straight to hospital to be assessed. It turned out I have to see a heart specialist. Many thanks Dr. Sharma.

I've used Noak Bridge Medical Centre for 8 years and have never experienced anything other than prompt, helpful and thorough service from all the staff. Most recently, the receptionist quickly arranged a medication review and repeat prescription to prevent me from running out of medication, I spoke to her and within half an hour I'd had a telephone review with a doctor and a message to say my medication was ready to collect. Any time I have needed to see a doctor, I have recieved calls from the doctor who has discussed the problem and arranged to see me if necessary. I can't fault any experience I've had with the centre.

This surgery do not even bother to get back with results. Really declined.previously the last few years never had an issue with them. It seems lately that their attitude is much less caring. Would not recommend this surgery to any one. Such a same because we all need and depend on our doctors. Not to have confidence in them is such a difficult thing.

The so call trained reception are so rude especially when talking to people on phone. If you want to book appointment with the doctor, the receptionist will always make sure they block you in order not to have access to your GP. Since last year I have been trying to book appointment with GP face to face, for once I haven't been able to get one. The receptionist will be passing you from pillar to post. Noak Bridge Medical Centre should let us know if we still have GP practice or not? Getting appointment in Noak Bridge Medical Centre is like a camel passing through needle hole. Please can something urgent be done to help our community.
