I was not told about my appointment but the secretary is acting like it's my fault I didn't attend. Extremely rude and no manners. Tone of voice is disgusting and talking over me while I'm trying to speak its a disgrace. Then hung up on me after being in the queue of 30+ like I'm going to call back. Wastes of time

I had to wait 2 weeks to get a face to face appt, today I saw a new doctor she was lovely, asked me to go to reception to book a blood test. The receptionist was lovely with 10 min I was with the nurse, the only delay was getting a vain to get some blood, but the nurse kept trying and was successful again lovely nurse. Great service and lovely staff well done

Registered as soon as I moved in to the area cuz I'm on prescribed meds. Couldn't get to the doctors for medical review, even tho I've been first in a queue, apparently they always fully booked for the day. Most of practices use mobile apps, but although I asked for details to register to one, they just ignored me, ladies at the reception just don't care or don't know what they supposed to do.

Doctor sending medication to wrong pharmacy. Receptionist giving me a token prescription just for surgery pharmacy to say it can’t be used. Had to come home without very much needed medication. Very upsetting. Not the first time I’ve had difficulty collecting medication from there either.

I did my cervical screening test here and the nurse was very quick and efficient with her task. The Poplars' atmosphere was very pleasant as well.
