My last appointment was for the covid and flu vaccine excellent organisation very caring staff. Being disabled and rely on my wheelchair my wife and i had extreme difficulty finding a disabled parking bay which is essential for us due to lack of mobility, otherwise thank you for your service and dedication kind regards Ian Seers

Didn't have to wait too long in the queue for flu and covid jabs. At the same time my blood pressure was taken and my weight. I thought the whole thing was done very efficiently.

Whilst the recent flu and Covid clinic went well, day to day appointments at the surgery are nigh on impossible to collect unless you have the ability to wait outside each day, which not everyone does. I do fully appreciate how difficult it must be on the staff as it must be stressful, however as a patient it is far from ideal too.

Vey unorganised, queues very big. Seemed to be issues with covid vaccination but was just left standing, no information given. On talking to other people in the queue thay had been booked for another time but had to come back for covid vaccine but not given another time so more people in the queue than had been booked at the time given . It took 50 minutes to have both vaccinations. On the positive a Doctor did the flu vaccination and also conducted a health check which included taking blood pressure, weight and some health related questions.

Unfortunately we had a fridge failure on Saturday morning and whilst working on a recovery plan, and sourcing vaccines from elsewhere, there may have been a delay in communicating any information. We wanted to ensure delivery of the vaccination to everyone that was booked and therefore we worked extra hard to administer these during times patient were asked to come back. We further wanted to ensure we were still able to carry out health checks to patients that were due and apologise for the delay you experienced on the day.
