My experience with the Gp was not a good one, my appointment was changed several times. When I got to the clinic eventually on the day of my appointment, I was not attended to. I was told to disregard the email confirmation of appointment that I received. I went home in the cold without been attended to. I would not recommend.

Practice endeavours to see patients on their appointment time. However, often, due to clinicians’ illness or circumstances beyond our control, we need to reschedule appointments. In such cases we always contact patient and inform them of the change(s) and apologise for the inconvenience caused. Our telephone data has shown that the patient was contacted three times with reasonable pauses, unfortunately our calls were not answered. In addition, text message was also sent to registered telephone number to inform patient of the change of appointment time. An alternative urgent appointment was also offered which was accepted.

It is incredibly difficult to get on the phone with the receptionist to book an appointment. My mum, who is registered with this practice, has been trying to book herself an appointment for days. Since she has come up empty, I have been trying in her place. I have called 156 times (in one day!) at the times they have told me to call back: 8am, 2pm, 2:30pm, in attempt to get a same day appointment as those are the only type they offer. There definitely needs to be a change to the appointment system at this practice at the very least because it is currently alienating their registered patients, such as my mum.

It is almost impossible to call the practice and actually get through to make an appointment. The practice either needs to change their appointment system or hire more admin staff to answer calls. While writing this review I have currently been on hold for 50 minute trying to make my appointment, wish me luck!

Recently joined the surgery. Tried to book an appointment with Gp for my son, after several tries managed to get through to receptionist. There was no appointment available for the day but she explained the pressure and offered me alternatives and in fact booked me to nurse near my residence. She was very pleasant & helpful. It was informative that how many other services are available that can help us. We no need to see GP everytime and other health professionals are there to help. Thank you.

I had a lovely call back from the clinical pharmacist who was very helpful. He issued me with my asthma pumps that I required as my asthma pump was not on my repeat prescription. He also did a quick asthma check. He was very polite and a good listener. He reassured me that I would be able to contact him in the future if I needed help as I'm a primary school teacher so getting an appointment is a mind field. Not the GPs fault, but I now have to write a letter to request I still require the medication Salamol so it can be put back on repeat prescription.

Trying to get through to the receptionist for an appointment at 8am is impossible. Line is constantly busy and I have been trying since 8am. By far the worst surgery for trying to call and getting an appointment. +442085929111. Totally useless, good luck in getting an appointment!

Good help from the evening receptionist. I needed an appointment quite urgently last minute and the evening receptionist managed to sort one out for me

I spoke to a lovely receptionist at 3pm, all the Drs appointments had been taken, however she listened attentively to my problem and offered a solution. It was so nice to be supported when I really wasn't feeling very well. Thank you so much.
