   I filled in e-consult form on Monday(22nd July ) last week and got e-mail reply on Wednesday(24th) last week (even though they are supposed to answer within 24 hours). The e-mail was a confirmation that an appointment has been organised for me with a service outside Yadava Practice. I called this week Friday(2nd August - this is now end of second weeks since I contacted the surgery first) to see if they can chase it up as it has been nearly 2 weeks with no updates and was told they only processed it on Monday 29th July. So I still need to wait for who knows how much longer to be actually booked and seen by a specialist. Not a nice experience at all, this Surgery used to be much better, they are now dropping the quality of their service.
