Phoned at 8am for an appointment and got one for the same day at 11.15am. Doctor was friendly and thorough and an xray was sorted immediately

Brilliant service today been to doctors today and it was really good spoke to doctor and he couldn't be more helpful

I got an appointment the same day. The Doctor listened to what I had to say and was very understanding, we even had a little joke about maybe I needed to go see the Wizard of Oz for my condition. I thought it was a very nice touch. He wasn't making light of my condition but using his sense of humour to cheer up his patient. Well done to Dr and his team.

Gate service all round got an appointment on the day to see Dr when I explained what symptoms I was feeling he was very attentive to me and listened to what I was saying came out feeling a lot better and with a plan off action

Managed to get an appt straight away this morning and right on time to very well managed staff on reception helpful and dr khasi very good and informative

I am discussed to Say that this is the worst surgery ever. reception staff were so rude when I rang they thought I was not right even when I know I was Can never get appointments even when doctor requests for me to have one have to ring at 8 am I get through and there is none left for that day I Would defo not recommend to noone And now 1 have to pay for simple copies of my diagnosis letters absolutely appauling

Phoned my GP surgery with a view to possibly getting an appointment to see my Doctor the same day and got an appointment right away. Staff on reception were very understanding, extremely polite and compassionate! I was seen well within my appointment window by my GP who was very professional and thorough in examining my ailment for which I'd gone there for! Overall I was very happy with my experience at this practice on my visit and would wholeheartedly recommend this GP surgery to anyone who would think of using them at any point in the future!

I’m always very happy with my treatment at Dudley Wood. The receptionist is always so cheerful and helpful and takes time to know and understand the patients. She always gives such a friendly vibe and atmosphere to the surgery and was very accommodating when I needed an appointment. The lead doctor is always respectful, listens and includes your thoughts when considering options. They both provide a very friendly team and an effective service. Thank you to you both.
