It's 2025, people shouldn't have to phone at 8am with 50 other people for a chance of an appointment, especially when they have been told to make the appointment *by the doctor at the surgery*. This is an idiotic system that just wastes everyone's time and means I have to phone again at peak time (delaying other people trying to call at 8am tomorrow) in order to get the exact same appointment you could've just booked today. A ridiculous waste of everyone's time

I made an appointment with one of the doctors a month ago and went for the appointment .When I went the appointment had been changed to an appointment with a nurse. Which I did not want , today I was to have an appointment but could not attend to employment checks I was to undertake, They would not make me a new appoinment.

Overall the practice is great, the reception staff are lovely and the majority or doctors are very helpful. The one thing that lets it down is one doctor in particular, she’s very rude to me at several appointments, unhelpful and disregarded what I was saying to her the entire time. I’ve had a few problems with this doctor as I know others have also, had false diagnosis several times from her and when asked about it wouldn’t own up her mistakes. Very unprofessional and if I can avoid appointments with her I certainly will be.
