Moved here 2 years ago and although we haven’t been very often, it’s been a good experience. Yesterday my husband was feeling very poorly after symptoms for a week. He went in at 8.30 and was seen by a doctor 10 minutes later who was very thorough and he left with a prescription and told to come back if no better. I myself went later in the morning 15 minutes after ringing the surgery. The Doctor corrected a computer error on my record from my last doctor so I could access the department I needed for a hospital appointment. So professional and caring from all the staff

My wife and I have recently moved into the area less than 2 minutes away from this GP. Despite our address showing on NHS service finder and the GP’s own website as being in their catchment area, they have refused to register us as patients with no real explanation of why. The receptionists I spoke to were very unhelpful and seemed uncaring of our situation. They took our application for their GP’s to review and then never got back to us. I phoned to query again and was told on the phone, guess you aren’t registered then. Unhelpful, uncaring and dreadful experience for a patient. If getting appointments and dealing with this GP is anything like the experience registering with them, I would avoid.

Doctors Surgery Practice areas are agreed with Health Authorities. Unfortunately, if an address is not in our Practice area, we cannot register the household.

All the staff are super. Efficiency in appointmenting, timely and responsive. To all staff at Dunchurch thank you for your hard work and hope the rest of the winter season is manageable for you. We really appreciate you!

Recently moved to Dunchurch and the kindness and care I have received from the surgery is outstanding. The receptionists are polite and helpful and fortunately have only required one face to face appointment with a doctor and that was a really positive experience. I had a same day appointment and problem identified and sorted very quickly. I can’t speak highly enough of them and am so grateful to have such a lovely practice. The only observation I would make is as a person with hearing difficultys, I found it hard to hear my name being called because of the music playing but overall a really good experience.
