My husband and I have needed help from Dyneley House surgery a significant number of times in the last 12 months in particular. The treatment and service they provide is exceptional! All the staff are polite, friendly , supportive and efficient. Np problems experienced getting the correct access to a health professional. No issue with delays in getting to see a nurse or GP The nurses managed my husbands serious leg problems . He had weekly appointments for months. He had been a reluctant patient but the wonderful nurses were understanding and have restored his faith in seeking medical help when needed The surgery have been very efficient with messaging, organising referrals and sending out reminders for foot clinics and diabetic checks for my husband, a type 2 diabetic I have been summoned for regular Blood Pressure clinics They are prompt with vaccination summons and run effective, well organised vaccination sessions The telephone appointment system works well. If are in a queue, a text will tell you exactly where you are in the queue , to safe your place. It works every time! I cannot praise Dyneley House enough. From the receptionists, health care assistants, nurses, physiotgerapists, pharmacist and of course the Doctors They are all a credit to the Practice Manager, who should also be congratulated. I contacted Dyneley House with a problem through their online service in June. Over a couple of weeks they sorted out my problem using a combination of patchs, phone and helpful reception desk.

I called the practice, was placed on a call-back list, asked and complied with a request for a photo via the patches system, was called by a practitioner and was prescribed a medication all within 5 hours. Another shining example of an excellent practice doing its job well. Congratulations Dyneley House!

I do not understand. My review is refused and says my issue is resolved. That is a blatant lie. The reception told me 2 days ago the Surgery manager would call me on Friday, yesterday. I waited for the call all day. This service is not fit for purpose. My complsint stands.

After soeaking to a Doctor, I was sent an online link which I can do nothing with. Why is the surgery peruing this awkward and unhelpful automation. Why does nhs England allow this. I don't know what the link implies and I am saddened at this issue, especialpy as I have an ongoing complaint regarding the noisy onhold music and the impracticability of not being allowed to request a repeat prescription, the same repeat prescription I have had for years. The onpine system does not work for me. I am truly fed up and after they said they could not analyse my copd spiro test, I am shocked to be placed on a waiting list for over 3 months to do the same test. Why are we so reliant on automation when it is not helpful but handy to blame?

I have had an absolutely fantastic service from everyone concerned with my care at Dyneley House Surgery. Everyone is always very understanding, caring and thoughtful. I am so grateful for all the help everyone at Dyneley House Surgery offer. A big thank you!

I have recently attended the practice for a couple of health issues and vaccinations. I obtained the necessary appointments easily from friendly and efficient staff. The care from Doctors nurses and support staff was also friendly and they resolved my issues promptly. A big thank you to all the staff at Dyneley House surgery from a very satisfied patient
