Getting the appointment was quick and easy, the GP listened to my concerns and made necessary tests and referrals. I did not have to wait long to be called in. I had my blood test done on the day without having to wait for another appointment which meant taking another day off. This was added bonus having the bloods facility at the practice. Overall my experience on that day was very good, I can’t complain.

Cant get an appointment for at least 3 weeks. If you call up they'll tell you to make the request online then give them 4 working days to look at it. If you call up and say it's an emergency, they say call 111 or go to A&E. When you call 111 and they work out you need to be seen, the 111 service can book you an appointment with the same GP with in 24 hours. I requested and paid for a letter to renew my disabled badge because I can't walk. They told me they wouldn't email me the letter I have to come in to collect it. Even though the GP has written I can't walk. The admin team lack heart and common sense. They will stand their ground to make an 80 lady who can't walk to come in to the office to collect a letter but anything you want to do has to be online. Would not recommend.

Whenever I have went for an appointment, the process was easy to follow and straightforward and the staff are helpful and kind as well the nurses and doctors ensure they support and respond to our needs whilst respecting us with dignity. The only issue is sometimes I had to wait longer than my scheduled appointment time however the whole experience was good.

The gp was helpfull in giving me the right advice and referral to get my issue dealt. Was also very polite and also did other checks regarding blood test etc.

The docter listened to my complaints and offered me some advice on how I could help myself. He also promised to contact me if they decide to increase my pain medication. The was easily approachable, was not intimidating to speak to.

Hi I was having a phone consultation with a doctor she was really rude and dismissive as a pharmacist she is trying to tell me what is right and wrong she obviously doesn't know anything about medication whereas I do she was disgusting worse healthcare doctor I've spoken to
