They sent me a link to book an appointment, so I did, and attended. But I was given a nurse practitioner, nice young lady, but had to book me another appointment with a doctor to deal with my issues. So really a waste of time.

They’ve seen me next day, the blood tests made the next day. Everyone was professional, carrying, warm. It is a pleasure to deal with the staff and was in general a pleasant experience

Getting the appointment was quick and easy, the GP listened to my concerns and made necessary tests and referrals. I did not have to wait long to be called in. I had my blood test done on the day without having to wait for another appointment which meant taking another day off. This was added bonus having the bloods facility at the practice. Overall my experience on that day was very good, I can’t complain.

This is the worst GP surgery I’ve ever experienced. For over a year, I’ve struggled every month to get repeat prescriptions for my parents. They never process them on time, and when I call, the staff refuse to listen and just repeat scripted responses like a tape recorder. Despite raising complaints with NHS services and speaking to their manager, nothing changed. I’ve had to rely on 111 every time to get what we need. I’m finally switching surgeries, but this has been a truly awful experience. Avoid at all costs.

The Dr i saw was fantastic and very relational. She was enthusiastic , knowledgeable and agile. She listened to me with patience and very engaging. She is a good doctor who must be emulated. And above all, she was prompt with my appointment time. Affable and professional.

Cant get an appointment for at least 3 weeks. If you call up they'll tell you to make the request online then give them 4 working days to look at it. If you call up and say it's an emergency, they say call 111 or go to A&E. When you call 111 and they work out you need to be seen, the 111 service can book you an appointment with the same GP with in 24 hours. I requested and paid for a letter to renew my disabled badge because I can't walk. They told me they wouldn't email me the letter I have to come in to collect it. Even though the GP has written I can't walk. The admin team lack heart and common sense. They will stand their ground to make an 80 lady who can't walk to come in to the office to collect a letter but anything you want to do has to be online. Would not recommend.

Whenever I have went for an appointment, the process was easy to follow and straightforward and the staff are helpful and kind as well the nurses and doctors ensure they support and respond to our needs whilst respecting us with dignity. The only issue is sometimes I had to wait longer than my scheduled appointment time however the whole experience was good.
