Review titled Fantastic gp surgery
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by James flannery - Posted on 13 June 2023
Was at eagle house today. As always the receptionists were helpful and friendly. Saw my doctor ( who I’m not allowed to name) and went through two on going problems with me. Never feel rushed when being dealt with. At the end of sorting me out was told they would call me on Friday to see how I am. First class care as always

Review titled Received patches appointment in 10 days.
Rated 2 stars out of 5
by Roshnee - Posted on 17 June 2023
I manage to get through online patches eventually and receive an appointment in 10 days. This is just unreasonable time limit. This practice is getting worse year by year. They don’t care about patients, I don’t know how they run as GP practice.

I apologise for the delay in securing an appointment and any inconvenience caused. Your feedback is crucial, and I want you to know that we take it seriously. We're actively working on reducing wait times and improving our service. Your insights are valuable in this process. we realise appointments on patches every day and often these appointments are booked very quickly, an alternative would be to call the practice directly on 020 8805 8611 to book an appointment.

Dear Mr Chowdhury, please accept my apology for the delay in responding to you. As I explained to you, you have been sent several text messages since March asking you to book an appointment via the link at the bottom of the text and you do not need to call the surgery to book an appointment when you receive such texts. I can see that you booked an appointment by clicking on the link at the bottom of the text. Unfortunately the link will only last for 7 days and it will expire. I hope this information has helped you to book an appointments via text when you receive a message in future.

Dear Mr Valaei, Thank you for your comment, however I am confused as to which service you require and I apology that you felt the customer service is very low. It is difficult to give information to patient who is no longer registered at Eagle House Surgery as you have been registered at a Surgery in Enfield Town since November 2020. If you require information on your medical records your current surgery will be able to provide this for you. I hope you find this information helpful.

Review titled Ridiculous appointment service
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Denise Clarke - Posted on 16 February 2023
Been trying to get an appointment for my husband, in order for him to get a repeat prescription for his blood pressure, results from prostrate test and follow up from a knee procedure. All appointments gone from 8.15am. Unable to book online. Tried calling, receptionist unable yo book an appointment. How can a GP not be accessible? Receptionists advice "call 111". Absolutely ridiculous. Please consider working people in your appointment system. Not sure how they expect us to sit on a phone, while on transit. My suggestion (and a feasible one) have a number of appointments that can be booked by the receptionist, online, or via the ridiculous patches system. So infuriating! Surely the GPs or Practice manager can sort something out before my husbands dies from neglect!?

Dear Mrs Clarke, Thank you for your comments I am sorry you feel the appointment service is ridiculous. With regards to your husbands repeat prescription he has not requested his medication since April 2022, when he advised the doctor, he no longer wanted to take them. Due to the laps in not requesting his medication he needs to see a clinician and an appointment has been arrange for him. We offer patients who has a long-term condition an appointment with a specific clinic where his medication and condition can be reviewed and monitored, there are also appointment available in the evenings and weekends which I understand you were offered. With regards to results, we ask patients to call the surgery, or you can go online to access your results. If a result needs to be followed up a doctor will contact the patient direct and arranged an appointment with them. I hope this helps explains your frustration.
