Saw my GP on Tuesday and found she was very thorough. She did a full medication review and also gave me advice on weight loss. I felt she listened to me. Thank you Eaglescliffe medical practice for a fantastic service

I took my daughter last Friday to see The doctor, my daughter was admitted to hospital. The team worked exceptionally well together, to make sure there was always someone with us to reassure us until the ambulance arrived. Thank you

Called in for a medication review and was reviewed by the doctor. He was attentive, informative and very knowledgeable. I recieved all the information I required and a further one monthly review appointment by dyne doctor himself. I have just recently moved to this practice and I have nothing but praise for not only the doctors and nurses but the staff as well. 5*

Recent treatment efficient and second to none. Referred to consultant quickly when we were left in doubt over results of scan.

My daughter had an appointment with DrH today, DrH was very thorough and my daughter received great care and follow up tests - the whole practice team provide an amazing service and really do go above and beyond to provide patients with the best care!

Drs and staff best in the area couldn't ask for more nothing is an issue and they do all they can to help sort you out. Rang up and girls went above and beyond to get job done

I saw a doctor this week and received excellent care and was referred to a consultant. Every time I see a doctor I leave feeling well looked after. The paperwork was completed 48 hours later and I was communicated with throughout the process. Leaves a stress free recovery ahead. Thank you.

I've been registered with the Practice for 49 years and cannot praise all staff enough. I checked in for my afternoon appointment today and, as always, the lovely lady on reception was cheerful, friendly and promptly answered a query I had about a forthcoming appointment. The Registrar I saw listened to my concerns and was able to give me the advice and reassurance I was seeking. He needed to check some details on his computer but always turned round to face me when speaking.

I have seen Nurse G.e.m.m.a twice this month. The first time was with my daughter for her 3 year old injections. Nurse G was absolutely brilliant with her and completely put us both at ease. She took the time to explain to me and to my daughter what she was going to do and why she was doing it and completely involved her in the process and made sure she was ok during and after, taking the time to engage with her. I was so nervous about her 3 year injections and I felt so much more reassured within a few seconds of being in the room with her. The second time I seen G was for myself and she made me feel so comfortable and at ease and I really felt like she took the time to listen to me and reassure me. Being a nurse myself it’s not easy to be on the other side but she has been brilliant both times. Thank you so much for being so lovely!

Yesterday, I needed an urgent follow up for medication prescription following discharge from hospital. A little bit of confusion initially, however that was soon resolved. The duty Doctor granted approval and it was issued to my Pharmacy for issue last night. Thanks to all involved.
