Execellent service! Receptionists are very helpful easy to make an appoinment using the new system. I filled out the medical form online and got my answer on the same day. NHS app also very useful you can view your past and future appointments hospital or GP, can request repeat prescription and also view my medical records.Very good GP practice.

Dear Patient Many thanks for your feedback. I am pleased you found getting an appointment using the online form was simple and effective. It does mean we are able to deal with a lot more patients.

Been on phone for 45 mins, Number 2 in the queue the whole time waiting for someone to answer the phone as I can’t do it online as they haven’t helped me sort out the online side, it’s ridiculous!! There is more but too long to write

Dear patient Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry to hear of your poor experience. We are working at improving telephone answering times and will feed your comments back to the reception staff. If you want help with the online form you could email us and our IT Manager could assist.

Review titled Terrible appointment booking service
Rated 2 stars out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 11 November 2024
The hours the booking form is open is way too short. It would be nice to be able to submit non-urgent requests at any time. As a teacher, I can’t access phone or email during the time period (8-3). Finally managed to get my partner to submit a request, only to be offered a phone consultation (not face to face) and 6 weeks from the date we’d submitted the form! Ridiculous to have to wait 6 weeks for a phone appointment (which is also too late for the medical need I have). Plus they messaged to say they’d call during hours specified I couldn’t do on the form! I now need a prescription but have the same issue of being unable to request one as I can’t do so after 3pm. Ridiculous system for working people. Effectively unable to access the medical care needed.

Review titled Excellent GP practice
Rated 5 stars out of 5

This GP practice is so good at providing swift appointments for unwell children. I booked online last night and was able to get an appointment at 8.50am for my baby. The doctor was very thorough, reassuring and helpful. I have nothing but praise for this GP surgery and I feel very grateful to live in their catchment area.

Review titled Good service
Rated 4 stars out of 5

Saturday needed an appointment urgently and despite not booking I was fitted in - thanks to a cancellation - within 10 minutes of arrival at 8am. Maybe I was lucky, but this showed a willingness to provide efficient service and it was much appreciated

Review titled Indifference & apathy.
Rated 2 stars out of 5

Nurse arrived at surgery 40 minutes late for the working day- first appointments all had to just wait. Reception didn’t advise those waiting, didn’t know if they were in the surgery, or not, & then gave excuse of being stuck in traffic. Yes London has traffic & road works- another reason later given, but was told they were only coming from Tooting. 40 minutes late from Tooting!.. could walk it quicker than that lateness. Inconvenient- others left & I was then late for a meeting. That’s not acceptable in business so unsure why it is in the NHS. The general air from those we spoke to (others were asking for specifics on timing too) was disregard & what are you complaining about.. it’s not abnormal.
