    I came in twice in one day. First was an asthma check up which although was running late went well. An informative, polite and friendly nurse who treated me very well. My second appointment was about a recent 24 hour heart monitor and its findings. A letter to refer me was done almost immediately so very impressed with that but no contact from the hospital as yet. Practise clean and tidy and reception staff were polite and friendly.

    After explaining my problem, the receptionist did all she could to help. She was understanding and patient.

    Ihave been most grateful to, receptionists, and Doctors over the last few weeks. Getting an appointment a difficult task. Doctors very knowledgeable and follow up care amazing.

    Called this morning and was seen this evening. On time. The doctor asked lots of questions and made a clear plan to investigate the issue. Not rushed at all. Very efficient and felt listened to. Thank you!

    Firstly thank you Roulla for being so kind and helpful sourcing a much needed appointment for me. I felt extremely comfortable in your interaction with me which makes a few difference. Thank you to the locum doctor who took my ongoing health symptoms and concerns seriously and offer investigations and treatment. Made feel not stupid or like a it's all-in my head!! Today felt like what a consultation should feel.like. Thank you doctor and Roulla

    I just wanted to leave a review to say how impressed we are with East Barnet Health Centre . Amazing service and such kind and helpful receptionists especially eloise and roulla, who both went above and beyond. Also very impressed with the Doctors. And same day appointments…So happy we moved to this practice.

    I’ve tried 17 times to get through the automated telephone lines to try & get an appointment. Every option just cuts you off. I was told that the only way to actually get an appointment is to turn up there. It’s highly frustrating to have this impossible system set up where no one answers calls, yet there seems to be 4 people doing admin there.

    Quick appointment In-person as symptoms required it. Lovely doctor. Took enough time. Listened well. Explained what he thought and gave good advice/treatment.

    Lovely doctor at my evening appointment. Very useful to have appointments in evening and also on a Saturday. Practise is really hard to get through to on the phone, but once able to speak to someone, it runs smoothly.
